The Birck Nanotechnology Center Clean Room Modernization is a specialized remodel project located at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. Managed by Pepper Construction, this project focuses on upgrading and modernizing clean room facilities to meet advanced research and technological standards. Garcia Painting Pro was selected as the prime painting contractor responsible for applying high-performance epoxy coatings on walls and hollow metal doors across approximately seven laboratories and additional facility areas.

The project presented challenges such as coordinating with other trades and adhering to strict schedules, following stringent clean room protocols for material handling and coating applications, maintaining clear communication with Pepper Construction and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow, and working with patience and precision in a highly controlled environment to meet exacting standards while minimizing contamination risks. Despite these challenges, Garcia Painting Pro successfully met customer expectations by delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring compliance with clean room standards, and completing the project efficiently and professionally.
