Mavroudis’s Residence

The Mavroudis Residence project involved an exterior painting service located in a private community located at Carmel IN, which included wood replacement and the application of two full coats of exterior-grade acrylic latex paint. Due to the selection of a very dark color, meticulous attention to detail was required, including extensive back-rolling application to ensure full coverage of every corner and surface.

Despite the challenges, the project was completed within a ten-day timeframe, and we ensured the client’s complete satisfaction upon completion along with a great business relationship with the Mavroudis family.
